ATM
We accept Star/Explore, Maestro, Pulse, and Interlink System cards. $40 maximum cash back. Erewhon does not charge for any ATM transaction, although your bank may. The card’s magnetic strip must function properly. We cannot enter your card number by hand.
CHECKS
We ONLY accept checks from Los Angeles County accompanied by a California Driver’s License or ID. We accept checks for the amount of purchase ONLY. Checks must be imprinted with your name, complete address, and account number. We DO NOT accept PO Box, company, name only, temporary, third party, or government checks. There is a $20 service charge on all returned checks. Any unpaid checks will be sent to the DA for collection.
CREDIT CARDS
All credit card transaction requires identification. We accept credit cards for the amount of purchase ONLY.
RETURNS
All returns, refunds, and exchanges require a receipt. A restocking fee may apply. There are NO returns, refunds, or exchanges on any special orders, refrigerated nutritional items, books, or magazines. Purchases made with checks, gift cards/certificates, and scrip will receive store credit ONLY. If you have a return, please bring it to Customer Service before you shop. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
DISCOUNTS
On Wednesdays, seniors 60 and over will receive a 10% discount. There are no discounts on already discounted items, sale items, sushi, or magazines.

Special orders require 50% advance payment and may not be returned.
Shirt and shoes are required to enter the store. No soliciting.
