Our friends at OWL Venice sent us this delicious recipe from their upcoming cookbook. Pick up their organic broth elixir – available exclusively at Erewhon – and share a bowl of love and restoration this holiday season.

Curry Kabocha Soup

  • 2 cups OWL turkey broth elixir
  • 2 cups steamed kabocha squash
  • 1/2 cup coconut, cashew or hemp milk
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sprinkle of fresh chopped cilantro
  • Top with olive oil, pepitas, and hemp hearts
