    Mary's Certified Organic Free-Range turkeys are full-flavored and savory throughout with a taste that is sure to impress your holiday guests.

    Reheating instructions:

    Turkeys (10-12lbs): Remove turkey from refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F (if using a convection oven, turn fan to LOW or OFF position).

    OPTION 1:
    Keep turkey in its oven-safe bag. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours. NOTE: Add 30 minutes to initial cook time for 18-20lb turkey. Remove foil and carefully cut the top of the bag. Continue to bake an additional 15 minutes to brown and crisp the skin. To get a darker golden sheen, brush with melted butter. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.

    Pour one cup of stock, water or white wine into your roasting pan. Place turkey on a wire rack, or create a rack by placing the turkey on a bed of coarsely chopped root vegetables. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours. NOTE: Add 30 minutes to initial cook time for 18-20lb turkey. Remove foil and carefully cut the top of the bag.
